DPHE Job Circular 2025: Office Assistant at the Department of Public Health Engineering (DPHE)

The Department of Public Health Engineering (DPHE), under the Ministry of Local Government, Rural Development, and Cooperatives, is inviting applications from qualified candidates for the position of Office Assistant. A total of 52 vacancies are available for this role.

Position Details:

• Job Title: Office Assistant
• Number of Vacancies: 52
• Educational Qualification: SSC or equivalent pass
• Age Limit: 18 to 32 years
• Salary Scale: Tk. 8,250 – 20,010 (Grade–20)

Application Process:

1. Fill out the online application form and upload the required documents:
   • Photo: 300 x 300 pixels, maximum 500 KB
   • Signature: 300 x 80 pixels, maximum 300 KB
2. Submit the application form and print out the applicant’s copy.

Applicants must pay the Tk. 56/- application fee within 72 hours of submitting the online application via Teletalk Pre-Paid Mobile SMS. Follow these steps:

1. First SMS: Send DPHE<Space>User ID to 16222.
   • Example: DPHE ABCDEF send to 16222.
2. Reply Message: You will receive an SMS with the applicant’s name, fee details, and a PIN.
3. Second SMS: To confirm payment, send DPHE<Space>Yes<Space>PIN to 16222.
   • Example: DPHE Yes 12345678 send to 16222.
4. Confirmation SMS: Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation message with your User ID and Password.

Help Instructions:

• For User ID Recovery: Send DPHE<Space>Help<Space>User<Space>User ID to 16222.
  • Example: DPHE Help USER ABCDEF send to 16222.
• For PIN Recovery: Send DPHE<Space>Help<Space>PIN<Space>PIN No to 16222.
  • Example: DPHE Help 12345678 send to 16222.
