Under the Ministry of Industries, Bangladesh Chemical Industries Corporation (BCIC) is inviting online applications from eligible and permanent Bangladeshi citizens for BCIC Job Circular 2025 to the following vacant positions at its buffer warehouses:

Educational Qualifications & Experience:
- A first-class postgraduate degree or a second-class postgraduate degree with a first-class in any two previous public examinations, or an MBA degree, or a four-year second-class Bachelor’s (Honors) degree.
- For accounts-related positions: A first-class postgraduate degree in Commerce (Accounting) or MBA (Accounting) or a second-class postgraduate degree in Commerce (Accounting) with a first-class in any two previous public examinations, or a four-year second-class Bachelor’s (Honors) degree in Commerce (Accounting).
- For certain positions, a postgraduate degree or a Bachelor’s degree with three years of experience in the relevant field is required.
- For Assistant Accounts Officer: M.Com degree or B.Com degree with three years of experience, or a four-year second-class Bachelor’s (Honors) degree in Commerce.
Equivalency of GPA/CGPA to Traditional Grading System:
- 5.00 Point Scale:
- 3.00 or above = First Class/Division
- 2.00 to below 3.00 = Second Class/Division
- 1.00 to below 2.00 = Third Class/Division
- 4.00 Point Scale:
- 3.00 or above = First Class/Division
- 2.25 to below 3.00 = Second Class/Division
- 1.65 to below 2.25 = Third Class/Division
- 5.00 Point Scale (CGPA):
- 3.75 or above = First Class/Division
- 2.813 to below 3.75 = Second Class/Division
- 2.063 to below 2.813 = Third Class/Division
BCIC Job Circular 2025 – Application Procedure:

- General Applicants: BDT 223/- (including Teletalk service charge, non-refundable)
- Underprivileged Applicants: BDT 56/- (including Teletalk service charge)
- Payment must be made via SMS within 72 hours after online application submission.
General Conditions:
- Age Limit: Applicants must be between 18-32 years as of March 6, 2025. Affidavits for age verification will not be accepted.
- Quota System & Government Regulations: Recruitment will follow existing government policies and quotas.
- Application Limit: Candidates may apply for a maximum of two positions—one from Grade 9 and one from Grade 10.
- Examination Participation: No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the written and oral exams or for joining the job after selection.
- Official Notifications: Any updates regarding recruitment, including changes to deadlines, exam results, interview schedules, and appointment letters, will be available on www.bcic.gov.bd.
Post-Written Exam Procedure:
- Candidates shortlisted after the written exam must submit the following within 10 working days to the Recruitment & Training Subdivision, BCIC, BCIC Bhaban (6th Floor), 30-31 Dilkusha Commercial Area, Dhaka-1000:
- Printed copy of the online application (Applicant Copy)
- Admit card
- All relevant academic certificates and documents
- Four recent passport-sized photographs
- Citizenship certificate (from Municipal Mayor/Union Parishad Chairman) or National ID copy
- Character certificate
- Experience certificate (if applicable)
- All documents must be attested by a first-class officer
- Candidates with foreign degrees must provide an equivalence certificate from the University Grants Commission (UGC) or the Ministry of Education.
- Government, semi-government, and autonomous organization employees must apply through the proper channel and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the interview. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
Job Commitment & Disqualification:
- Selected candidates must serve at their assigned workplace for at least three years.
- If any false information, forgery, corruption, or adverse police verification is found at any stage, the candidate’s appointment will be canceled, and legal action may be taken.
- Any form of recommendation or lobbying will result in immediate disqualification.
- The authority reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel the recruitment process at any stage. The decision of the recruiting authority will be final.
