Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to Islamic banking clients, ensuring their needs are met with Shariah-compliant financial solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and engagement.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with Islamic banking guidelines, Shariah law, and regulatory requirements.
- Actively promote and cross-sell various Islamic banking products.
- Stay updated with industry developments, Islamic banking regulations, and Shariah principles.
- Educate customers on the benefits of Islamic banking and assist them in making informed financial decisions.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management.

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh
Educational Requirements:
- MBA/MBM/Master’s/Four-year Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputed public or private university.
- No third division/class in academic records.
- Professional certification in Islamic Banking or an Islamic Banking Diploma will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in General Banking (GB) or Investment Desk of an Islamic Banking Branch, Sub-branch, or Window in a reputed commercial Islamic bank.
- Experience requirement may be relaxed for exceptionally qualified candidates at management discretion.
Age Limit For NCC Bank Job Circular 2025:
- Maximum 35 years as of March 5, 2025 (Age limit may be relaxed for highly skilled and business-oriented candidates).
Key Competencies:
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital banking platforms.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with a proactive, self-motivated approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bangla and English.
- In-depth knowledge of Islamic banking products, regulatory guidelines, and operational procedures.
- Preference will be given to candidates currently working in Islamic Banking Branches.
