Position: Quality Assurance & Quality Control Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure proper documentation, change control, and risk assessment processes.
- Support regulatory inspections and compliance audits.
- Conduct testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Perform stability studies and ensure analytical method validation.
- Maintain laboratory compliance with GLP and safety standards.
- Collaborate with production and R&D teams to troubleshoot quality issues.
Required Qualifications & Competencies:
Education:
- B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc in Chemistry/Applied Chemistry from a reputed university with an excellent academic track record.
Experience:
- 1–3 years in a pharmaceutical company, preferably in Quality Assurance (QA) or Quality Control (QC).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines.
- Proficiency in analytical techniques and instruments (HPLC, UV, FTIR, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Age:
- Up to 30 years (may be relaxed for experienced and qualified candidates).
