Job Requirements:
🔹 Education:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Science (MSc)
- Candidates awaiting their final master’s exam results are also eligible to apply.
🔹 Age: 25 to 32 years
🔹 Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Determined and goal-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good command of the English language
- Willingness to work in any location across Bangladesh
- Ability to ride a motorcycle and readiness for extensive travel

Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing sales strategies and forecasts
- Supporting supervisors and collaborating with Sales Representatives (SR)
- Achieving sales targets in assigned territories
- Overseeing promotional activities and ensuring their proper execution
- Monitoring competitor activities and reporting insights
- Managing dealer operations and ensuring timely product delivery
- Assessing and developing distribution channels
- Enhancing product availability and visibility
- Identifying and expanding new market opportunities
