Trainee Branch Manager
Singer Bangladesh Ltd Job Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage overall branch operations.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Ensure timely submission of weekly and monthly business reports to the head office.
- Maintain accurate documentation and daily records.
- Follow standard merchandising guidelines for product displays.
- Ensure all cash transactions are banked daily, with weekly remittances submitted to the head office.
- Minimize outstanding receivables through proactive measures.
- Expand the customer base by visiting institutions and organizations.
- Actively participate in company sales promotions.
- Provide excellent after-sales service as per company policies and guarantees.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a relevant field.
- Age Limit: 24 to 40 years.
- Preferred Industry Experience: Insurance, Retail, Pharmaceuticals, Tobacco.
